To Claim a Refund

At Zaviamo, to claim a refund follow these steps:

  • Email us at care@zaviamo.com.
  • Visit our office at Suite 908, Indigo Business Centre, Alamgir Road, Bahadurabad, Karachi, Pakistan.

Refund Policy

Zaviamo ensures 100% customer satisfaction through our Revision Policy, allowing free revisions to improve the initial design brief with the guidance of our account manager.

If you wish to request a refund, ensure that you haven't published or used the designs online. Contact us within five days of the initial design delivery if you're dissatisfied.

Refunds will be provided as follows:

  • Full refund before order delivery (less 10% fee).
  • 66% refund within 48 hours of initial design delivery.
  • 33% refund between 48 and 120 hours of initial design delivery.
  • No refund after 120 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to approve or disapprove refund requests. Refunds over $1000 may be issued in installments.

Reasons for rejection include but are not limited to: combo package purchases, long inactivity, design approvals, policy violations, or switching providers mid-project.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
